TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Integrative Collective LLC, a company registered under the laws of Hawaii, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the individual purchasing the 90 Day Reset Program, hereinafter referred to as the "User."

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing and enrolling in the 90 Day Reset Program, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If the User does not agree to these terms, they should not proceed with the purchase and enrollment.

2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

The User acknowledges and agrees that participation in the 90 Day Reset Program is voluntary. The program is open to individuals who are of legal age in their jurisdiction.

4. PROGRAM ACCESS

Upon purchase, the User will receive access to the 90 Day Reset Program, including but not limited to online content, meal plans, and educational materials. Access is granted for the duration of the 90-day course as a guarantee, but most likely for the foreseeable future after this benchmark.

5. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

The 90 Day Reset Program offers a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

a. The User completes the full 90-day course.

b. The User provides photographic evidence of meals created at home for each day of the program.

c. The photos must be taken in the same room to ensure authenticity and should not be sourced from the internet.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

7. DISCLAIMERS

c. The User acknowledges that the program is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the 90 Day Reset Program.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content provided in the 90 Day Reset Program, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and videos, is the intellectual property of Integrative Collective LLC and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii.

11. AMENDMENTS

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the 90 Day Reset Program and this Agreement at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided to Users.

12. CONFIDENTIALITY

The User agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information provided by Integrative Collective LLC during the course of the 90 Day Reset Program. This includes, but is not limited to, program materials, proprietary methodologies, and any other non-public information disclosed by the Company. The User shall not disclose, reproduce, or use such confidential information for any purpose other than participating in the program.
